Donald Trump Hints at ‘Very Big Gift’ From Iran as US Considers More Troops in Middle East

Donald Trump has suggested that he received a mysterious and valuable “gift” from an Iranian peace delegation, even as tensions remain high and the United States considers deploying additional troops to the Middle East.

Around 3,000 troops from the “All American” brigade based at Fort Bragg are reportedly on standby, as Washington increases pressure on Iran to agree to terms and move toward ending the conflict.

When asked whether he trusts Iranian officials, Trump said he trusts “nobody,” but indicated that the gesture he received was a positive sign.....
